The location in a good area was marvellous and stunning and there were a market and shopping outlets nearby. The staff were exceptional and immensely pleasant, helped with any issues.

The staff - some of them were terribly rude.

Comfortable bed in the superior king room, plus coffee and a lounge. Luxury bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Perfect location in a particularly good area near aquarium, shopping centres and event site, and so close to shops.

It was a great and lovely location close enough to South Wharf DFO and restaurants as well as Yarra river and South Wharf. Besides, Yarra River was 2 km away from the property.

Well, the area was quite busy overall.

The location was central, wonderful central to Southbank.

Everything was good, including incredible breakfast with good food. We stayed in the standard queen room equipped with flowers and a fantastic view, as for instance. The hotel was perfect and in a very central location.

The property was fantastic with super friendly staff at the front counter including the duty manager, I appreciated the stay. The room was neat and fashionable in general, with 2 beds. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Melbourne.

Spotlessly clean property with superfriendly staff in particular George the porter. Decent sized and functional rooms with chocolate as well as nice decor, marvellous breakfasts. Marvellous and easy setting and eateries and a stadium walking distance to the hotel. Variety of bars and restaurants around the venue.

I came here with my mum. The location was great and beautiful - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. The restaurant was nice and the food was hot. Enjoyed my really great stay for a second night...

Fairly clean and fabulous place with lovely and approachable staff at the reception desk. Amazingly comfortable and absolutely perfect rooms with good views. Different dishes, very central location excellent close to everything. Also - close to the ocean and bars/restaurants.

Beautiful building, unbeatable location close to Yarra river and South Wharf, the tram stop and a tram stop access to the CBD. Easy check-in, well presented and brand-new rooms with comfortable beds. Above average breakfast with good food, complimentary drinks.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast with a wide array of hot/cold dishes. New building and rooms for my personal phone to connect to the wifi. Very central location to Crown casino.

As for me, the location was great and stunning, not far from bars in the CBD, the Crowne Plaza which is also close and crown casino which is a hub for night life. The rooms were fashionable and new-fashioned with pleasant views of Melbourne skyline.

I loved the convenient location close to the convention centre. The service was exceptional, especially the staff at the front counter who were friendly and helpful, particularly George the porter. The room was well equipped with all the amenities I needed including an electric kettle and flat-screen TV. The fitness centre was an added bonus, and I enjoyed the leisure room too. The bar and lounge area were inviting and it was great to have 24-hour room service available.

This place comes highly recommended.
